DESIGN CONCEPT
The project main task was to do complete interior design and renovation of two leveled retail space – restaurant serving delicious specialties. Clients requirements were inspired of the mixture between industrial and vintage style. To fulfill the concept we left visible the existing steel beams and concrete columns, added exposed bricks as a wall covering, industrial luminaries, railings made of metal pipe profiles and mesh and dark solid wood. The color palette was composed to provide strong contrast of the industrial details and also to bring comfort and coziness – yellow mustard tones that allows other furniture and equipment to pup up, sangria red shade to increase appetite, accent touches of green-blue and graphite- black wall as large artistic accent and focal point of the whole space. The ceramic floor coverings of the first level are fresh and inviting – diagonally distributed oak wood planks in combination with azulejo tiles surrounding the cash desk zone. The second level floors blend the shades of old rusted metal and fuse the warm light coming of the lighting fixtures.
